Terms of Use

1. WHO WE ARE AND HOW TO CONTACT US
The Platform and services are operated by 360 On Site for Inspection and Appraisal Services – L.L.C. (“360 Inspections”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a limited liability company incorporated in the United Arab Emirates. Our registered office is located in the Al Nahyan area, Abu Dhabi.
2. BY USING THE PLATFORM, YOU ACCEPT THESE TERMS
By accessing or using our Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accept these Terms of Use and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, you must not use our Platform or services. If you are using the Platform on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.
3. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS AND THE PLATFORM
We may amend these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, technology, or applicable laws. Every time you wish to use our Platform, please check this page to ensure you understand the terms that apply.
4. VEHICLE INSPECTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These specific terms apply to all 360 Inspections bookings:
- Authorization: If you are not the owner of the vehicle, you warrant that the owner has provided express consent for the vehicle to be inspected and/or test-driven by our team.
- Subjective Opinion: The Inspection Report represents our subjective opinion based on the vehicle’s condition at the time of inspection. It is limited to the items listed in the report.
- No Dismantling: We do not remove or dismantle any parts or fixed items. The inspection is non-intrusive.
- Risk: The service is provided at your own risk. Liability for the vehicle, its contents, or any theft/damage remains with you or the vehicle owner at all times.
- Third-Party Reliance: If the report is provided to you by 360 Inspections, only you may rely on it. We accept no liability to third parties with whom you choose to share the report.
5. YOUR RIGHT TO USE THE CONTENT
We are the owner or licensee of all intellectual property rights on our Platform and in the materials published on it (including report templates and logos). You may download extracts of your inspection report for personal use, but you must not modify the digital or paper copies or use any images separately from the accompanying text.
6. RESTRICTIONS ON USE
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform if you are under the age of 18.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers or databases.
- Introduce viruses, trojans, worms, or other technologically harmful material.
- Use any automated system (robots, spiders) to scrape data from the Platform.
7. PAYMENT AND REFUNDS
- Paid Services: Fees for inspection packages (Basic, Comprehensive, Premium) are payable in advance or as specified during booking.
- Non-Refundable: Once an inspector has been dispatched or the service has been performed, any fees paid are strictly non-refundable.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
- General: We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so (e.g., death or personal injury caused by our negligence).
- Business Users: We exclude all implied conditions, warranties, and representations. We will not be liable for loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.
- Personal Users: We only provide the Platform for domestic and private use. You agree not to use the Platform for any commercial or business purposes.
- Liability Cap: Our total liability in connection with any service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that specific service.
9. GOVERNING LAW AND ARBITRATION
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of these Terms shall be exclusively referred to and resolved by arbitration under the Arbitration Rules of the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) or DIAC (as specified in your booking confirmation). The language of arbitration shall be English.
