The Platform and services are operated by 360 On Site for Inspection and Appraisal Services – L.L.C. (“360 Inspections”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a limited liability company incorporated in the United Arab Emirates. Our registered office is located in the Al Nahyan area, Abu Dhabi.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of these Terms shall be exclusively referred to and resolved by arbitration under the Arbitration Rules of the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) or DIAC (as specified in your booking confirmation). The language of arbitration shall be English.
